Limor started experimenting with turkey as a healthy alternative to chicken and a great source of lean protein. She quickly discovered the versatility and flavour of this superfood.

We source our birds from carefully selected farms in East Anglia, where they are free to wander around pecking only the good stuff. They enjoy a drugs free diet mostly made up of cereals grown on the farms. 

Turkey meat is one of the most nutrient-dense sources of protein, with an average portion providing approximately ½ our daily requirement. It also contains all the essential amino acids in proportions closely matched to our bodies' needs.

The dark meat in particular is a good source of zinc and iron, as well as phosphorous, potassium, and magnesium. It contains all the B vitamins and is particularly abundant in niacin and B12, a nutrient that's prone to insufficiency.
